There have been unexplained robberies in town, a mysterious man wrapped in bandages and some lousy cooking. Join us on next Tuesday night, January 31st at 7pm for the wonderfully wacky performance of The Invisible Man.

This Thursday, December 8th our eighth grade class will go to St. Michael’s School in South Central Los Angeles to give a Christmas party for the kindergarten students. Our students have planned a fun day of crafts, songs and stories for the children. The day will culminate with a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus who will present gifts from our students. This is an annual Christian service project and long standing tradition for our eighth grade class.
Attention Drama Club members:
To prepare for your role in the play, please:
Read through the whole play
Take special notice of your character’s stage directions
Rehearse your lines by saying them–out loud
Count how many lines you have, and memorize HALF of your lines by
the end of October.
REMEMBER: NO Drama Club next week due to parent teacher conferences, so you really MUST rehearse and practice your lines yourself over the next week.
Beginning NOVEMBER 2nd, Drama Club will meet TWICE a WEEK, each week until the play. (The play will most likely be scheduled for the last week of November) Drama Club will meet on WEDNESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 3:30-4:15.
High School Information Night will be held on Thursday evening, October 6th. All seventh and eighth grade students and their families are invited to attend this informative evening beginning at 7:15 p.m. in the hall. Representatives from the various high schools in the area will be present sharing their admission policies and other information on their programs.

Eighth grade has begun a Religion unit on Dorothy Day. Will be learning about how she is a living example of God’s covenant. The students will decide for themselves about whether or not she should be canonized.
